Shipping and returns

All orders are confirmed with email, where you can see the amount of order, shipping costs and products ordered.

 

In order to obtain the order confirmation, you need to provide an email address while placing the order. By placing each order, you agree to our current delivery terms.

We will deliver your order to a pickup point, parcel locker, or directly to your door – whichever you prefer. Once the package has been delivered, you will receive a delivery notification by text message, email, or letter.

Shipping in Finland

Posti and PostNord delivery services will provide your order quickly and securely to your nearest pick-up point or, if desired, directly to your the door.

If you to change the Posti or Postnord pick-up point that you chose, please inform us as soon as possible after placing your order, and let us your desired pick-up point by tilaukset@flowcosmetics.com. Please remember to also mention your order number in the email.

Pick-up from the factory store

When choosing the delivery method as pick-up; your order can be picked up at our factory store, by Kylänraitti 7, 11710 Riihimäki (Finland). Please check the opening hours here.

Pick-up orders will be processed within 24-48 hours, depending on the order processing speed and/or the total number of orders. Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email notification.

Please note that we will store pick-up orders for 3 months after placing the order.

International Shipping

We deliver orders to the countries mentioned in the list. Delivery prices vary per country, but for orders exceeding& 100€ or 150€ (depending on the country) the delivery is free of charge.

Products and prices

Customers from EU: All prices shown in our website include tax 25.5%.
Customers from non-EU countries: All prices shown in our website are VAT 0%. Customers are responsible for possible customs clearance, local VAT and similar expenses in their own country and they will be paid when receiving the delivery. In order to get help calculating customs duties and local VAT for your order, please contact your local customs official.

How long does the delivery take?

We aim to ship as fast as possible and usually the parcels leave the same or the next business day after receiving the order. However, in busy times or when the product is out of stock, the delivery may take a little longer. If the delivery of the products for some reason is significantly delayed, we will contact you.

Pre-sale

If you order a product in pre-sale, we will ship it on the date indicated separately in the pre-sale. You can add other products to the pre-product order, but please note that they will be sent in one package, together with a pre-product.

Return policy

The customer has a 14-day exchange and return policy according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Law. Please note that the delivery costs and return postage are not refundable.

NB! The return policy applies only to unused and saleable products in the original packaging. The return policy doesn't apply to samples.

If you wish to return the product, please always contact us first by email or by phone. Tell us your order number and which product you wish to return. We will provide you with more instructions in case you have already picked up your parcel. If you don't have a printer available, alternatively, we will provide our contract code for an effortless return. The order number and name must always be with the return product when making a return so we can match it. We will refund the returned product/products as long as the package has arrived in our warehouse and has been accepted for resale. We will not refund any shipping costs from your original order, but customer return is always free of charge for you.

Orders returned uncollected

If the online order is not picked up and the parcel is returned as uncollected, Flow Cosmetics has the right to charge the immediate costs of handling an uninvited order.

For orders returned uncollected, we will contact you by email and you will have 5 business days to agree on a re-delivery of your order. If we do not receive a response regarding the return of an uncollected order, we will automatically refund the amount of the products to your original payment method, minus the shipping and handling costs incurred for the return.

Problems with transportation and defective products

If the product is lost during transport or the wrong product has been delivered, please report the error immediately by email asiakaspalvelu@flowcosmetics.com or by phone +358105675190.

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

If the package is damaged in shipping, a complaint must be made immediately to the transport company. Please take a photo of the shipping package where the damage is clearly visible, also describe the damaged product and send it to us at asiakaspalvelut@flowcosmetics.com. We will refund the value of the damaged products.

Correcting a product defect

If the product you received is damaged, please contact us so that we can replace the damaged product.
