We are actively working to improve the accessibility of the Flow Cosmetics website and online store. In this accessibility statement, we briefly describe how accessible our online store content is and what measures we are taking to improve it.

Current status of accessibility

The Flow Cosmetics online store strives to comply with accessibility requirements. We have assessed the accessibility of the website and are working to correct any deficiencies together with our development service. The website is being developed and updated continuously, but we can state that it does not fully meet all the requirements of the Accessibility Directive for the time being.

Titling: the use of heading levels may not always correspond to the visual hierarchy.

We are actively working to improve accessibility and will remove identified obstacles together with our development service as we become aware of them. Our plans include, among others:

Consider the hierarchy of heading levels to facilitate navigation.
Consider sufficient color contrasts when designing new ones and replace existing ones with insufficient contrasts.
Add missing alt texts to images and supplement them as we discover shortcomings.
