Customer personal data is stored in our online store platform's database as well as in our shipping program's database. The data is stored in a protected environment. The information is used for managing customer relationships, and like other online stores, we collect analytics data using Google Analytics and utilize the Facebook pixel function.
We use the Omnisend service for SMS and email marketing. Omnisend may process customer data to improve its service. All data processing by Omnisend complies with GDPR requirements.

When placing an order on our online store, we add your information to our newsletter list and/or marketing list for text messages. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the link at the bottom of the email. You can opt out of text message marketing by replying to the message thread with 'STOP'.
Information may be disclosed for technical administration of the online store, such as managing the online store platform, delivering orders, collecting unpaid invoices, and when required by authorities. We inform our customers about data requests if it is legally allowed. Information is not disclosed outside the EU.

Upon request, the registered individual has the right to receive their personal data stored in the registry in a format that can be transferred to another information system. The registered individual also has the right to object to the use of their personal data for marketing purposes. The registered individual has the right to complain about Vihreä Kosmetiikka Finland Oy to the data protection ombudsman.
However, please note that in some cases, not all information can be deleted, and legislation may require retaining some customer-related information.
